Shipping Information
Shipping Policy
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the following week. You will be sent a confirmation by email when your order is shipped.
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, you will be contacted by email or phone and alternative arrangements will be made.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order within a satisfactory amount of time, you will have the option to cancel your order at no charge.
Shipping rates
Unless otherwise specified, thesoundpost.com uses Canada Post and Purolator Courier (with their international partners EMS and DHL) for all shipments. Accurate shipping quotes are provided in real time based on your shipping address and the dimensions and weight of your order. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal Canada.
Lettermail (Flat Rates)
Please note that items sent by Lettermail are not insured or tracked by the Postal Service and travel at the buyer's risk. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Lambourn Trading Company will not be held responsible for replacement of the missing shipment nor will The Sound Post compensate the purchaser for any losses incurred.
We strongly advise customers to select an insured, traceable shipping method for orders of significant value.
We have gone to great lengths to be able to offer affordable shipping to most locations worldwide.
